The Full Story

quitt.

quitt. is a web platform to employ legally and insured domestic workers in Switzerland. In 2019 and 2020 quitt. refactored software. The new solution is based on a flexible ERP platform, which makes development faster, automates internal processes and ensures correct clearing with complete tracing.

The refactoring also involved a complete redesign of the front-end. The concept and design was driven from a business and a user perspective.

quitt. offers not a software tool, but legal safety and convenience. Therefore it is incremental to business that the front-end is as easy and intuitive as possible.

Since 60% - and growing - of the traffic is mobile - mobile first approach was taken.

Vision

All domestic workers are legally employed and insured. In Switzerland, every employer is legally obliged to register and insure his domestic help with the authorities. Nevertheless, thousands of people work in Switzerland illegally and without insurance cover. They pay neither social security contributions nor taxes. quitt. offers an online service that takes over all legal tasks for employers and ensure that they are properly employed and insured.

New killer feature

Employees being able to add working hours by scanning qr-code, a web app offers the most suitable possibilities (e.g. direct login link). To design the feature customer research (Interviews, surveys, testings) was conducted within the marketing team.
